• What You'll Do -Counsel MBBS doctors on career advancement and fellowship programs.
• Understand career goals and recommend the right upskilling courses.
• Convert inquiries into admissions through consultative selling.
• Manage calls, WhatsApp, emails, and follow-ups.
• Explain course benefits, curriculum, eligibility, fees, and admission process.
• Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly admission targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
• What We're Looking ForGraduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Education preferred).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in EdTech, healthcare, counseling, inside sales, or admissions is an advantage.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable using CRM/MS Office.
• Willing to work from the office.
