Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

The Business Development professional is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves market research, strategic planning, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to expand the company’s reach and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities (clients, partnerships, markets)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth targets
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align strategies
• Track performance metrics and report on business development activities
• Attend industry events, networking functions, and meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
• Ability to analyze data and market trends
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
