Role OverviewWe are hiring Business Development Executives who will connect with potential clients, understand their financial concerns, and guide them toward suitable debt settlement solutions.

Key Responsibilities·       Make outbound calls to potential clients

·       Explain company services in a clear and simple manner

·       Follow up on leads and convert them into clients

·       Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction

·       Coordinate with legal and finance teams for accurate solutions

·       Update daily activity in CRM

Candidate Requirements·       Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English)

·       Comfortable with sales and target-driven environment

·       Confident in handling objections and rejections

·       Basic computer knowledge and MS Office

·       Must own a laptop
