Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients through cold calling, network building, site visits, digital platforms, and referrals.

Conduct market research to understand current trends, property values, and competitor activities.

Generate and nurture qualified leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Meet and engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.

Present project offerings, property features, investment benefits, and pricing details.

Establish and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

Conduct property site visits with potential buyers and investors.

Follow up with leads to close deals and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Assist clients through the entire sales cycle—negotiation, documentation, and final closure.

4. Marketing & Promotional Activities

Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotional events, open houses, and roadshows.

Promote real estate projects through social media platforms, CRM tools, and offline marketing.

Provide feedback on marketing effectiveness and customer preferences.

5. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales progress, and pipeline status using CRM tools.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
