Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, arranging site visits, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into successful sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through outbound calls, digital platforms, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Contact potential buyers and investors to understand their property requirements.
- Explain residential and commercial projects, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
