Job Description

Sales & Lead Generation: Actively generate leads and prospects through various channels (networking, referrals, online inquiries, etc.), qualifying them based on their needs, budget, and requirements. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs and offering solutions that match their requirements. Property Sales: Present, promote, and sell real estate properties, explaining features, benefits, and investment potential to clients. Sales Presentations: Conduct property viewings, presentations, and meetings (virtual or in-person) to engage clients, address their questions, and close sales. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms of sale, working to close deals and ensure both client satisfaction and company profitability. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitors to offer clients valuable insights and advice. Documentation & Reporting: Ensure all necessary documentation (contracts, agreements, etc.) is completed accurately and promptly. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress in CRM. Follow-ups & Client Engagement: Regularly follow up with leads and clients, addressing concerns, providing additional information, and ensuring continuous interest throughout the sales process. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, including new leads, appointments, and completed sales.
