Roles & Responsibilities (Inbound Chat Support Executive):


  • Handle customer queries via live chat.
  • Provide accurate product and service information.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Escalate unresolved cases as per process.
  • Maintain chat quality, accuracy, and response time.
  • Record customer interactions in CRM/ticketing tools.
  • Follow SOPs, client guidelines, and compliance policies.
  • Manage multiple chats while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Meet productivity and quality KPIs.
  • Maintain effective written communication and professionalism.
