About the Role

OnePlus is seeking customer-focused and proactive Chat Support Executives to provide exceptional support to customers through chat channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer chats and provide prompt assistance.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and accurately.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, process guidelines, and productivity metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Chat Support, Customer Support, or Customer Service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM/support tools.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
