Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and personable Client Relations Manager (CRM) to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring smooth onboarding, and maintaining long-term relationships that drive business growth in the real estate sector.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns.
- Assist clients with property documentation, agreements, and legal formalities.
- Organize and conduct client meetings, site visits, and property handovers.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Collaborate with sales and project teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Candidate ProfileFemale graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate or a related industry.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Professional, confident, and client-focused personality.
- Based in or willing to work from Noida.
