Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Contact customers via calls, emails, or messages for overdue payments.
- Explain outstanding dues and payment options.
- Negotiate payment plans and follow up on commitments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments.
- Resolve customer queries related to billing and payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
- Escalate unresolved or high-risk accounts when necessary.
- Achieve collection and recovery targets within deadlines.
- Maintain professionalism and positive customer relationships.
