Job Description – Collection Manager

Position: Collection Manager

Job Location: H-144, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required:
Minimum 1–5 years of experience in collections, recovery, finance, or banking
Team handling experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the collection team to achieve monthly targets
Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery
Develop collection strategies to improve payment recovery rates
Handle escalated customer cases professionally
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports
Train and motivate team members for better performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Maintain strong customer and client relationships
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Professional approach towards customer handling
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / Postgraduate can apply
MBA candidates preferred
Experience in fintech, banking, NBFC, BPO, or collection process will be an added advantage
Preferred Candidate:
Immediate joiners preferred
Comfortable with office-based work
Strong decision-making and team coordination skills
