Job Description
Collection Executive
We are hiring a Collection Executive for student fee collection process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with students for pending fee payments
- Handle collection calls and payment reminders professionally
- Maintain payment records and collection reports
- Resolve fee-related queries from students and parents
- Achieve monthly collection targets
Requirements:
- Experience in fee collection or telecalling preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Target-oriented and disciplined candidate
