Coordinator & Reviewer (Technical Inspection)

Responsibilities

* Ensure implementation and monitoring of quality standards, procedures, and processes

* Prepare, maintain, and analyze quality reports and documentation

* Create and deliver presentations related to quality performance, reviews, and improvements

* Communicate effectively with customers regarding quality requirements, feedback, and issue resolution

* Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective and preventive actions

* Manage and guide team members to achieve quality objectives

* Conduct internal quality checks, audits, and follow-ups

* Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
