Minimum 2–5 years of experience in credit operations, banking, finance, or loan processing

Team handling experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the credit operations team

Review customer applications, documents, and financial details

Analyze customer eligibility and creditworthiness

Ensure smooth and timely loan or credit processing

Monitor risk assessment and maintain quality standards

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Handle escalated customer and operational issues

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow

Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures

Train and guide team members for better performance

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Good knowledge of credit assessment and verification processes

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate / Postgraduate can apply

MBA candidates preferred

Experience in fintech, NBFC, banking, BPO, or credit processing will be an added advantage

Preferred Candidate:

Immediate joiners preferred

Comfortable with office-based work

Strong coordination and management skills
