Job Description – CRM Support & Client Success Executive


Company Overview

We are a growing technology company specializing in CRM and service management solutions for multiple industries. Our platforms help brands manage customer service, technicians, service centers, inventory, workflows, and reporting efficiently.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can manage client communication after project delivery, understand CRM workflows, and coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and support.


Position: Client Success Executive & Support Engineer


Roles & Responsibilities

●      Handle client communication through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings after project go-live.

●      Understand client requirements, concerns, and operational challenges related to the CRM system.

●      Provide functional support and guidance to clients on CRM usage and processes.

●      Coordinate with internal technical and development teams for issue resolution and enhancements.

●      Understand technician workflows, service management processes, and CRM modules.

●      Perform basic troubleshooting related to CRM operations.

●      Support clients in reports, ticket tracking, user management, and process understanding.

●      Understand and verify basic MySQL queries and database-related issues.

●      Have a basic understanding of PHP logic and application flow for better coordination with developers.

●      Maintain proper communication records and follow-up with clients regularly.

●      Ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.


Required Skills

●      Good communication and client handling skills.

●      Basic technical understanding of CRM systems and workflows.

●      Knowledge of service management processes is preferred.

●      Basic knowledge of:

○      MySQL

○      PHP

○      APIs and integrations (preferred)

●      Ability to understand issues and explain solutions clearly.

●      Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

●      Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.


Preferred Candidate Profile

●      Experience in CRM support, implementation, or client servicing.

●      Experience handling customers after software/project deployment.

●      Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.

●      Technical support or service CRM background will be an added advantage.


Qualification

●      Graduate in any stream (Technical background)

●      MCA / B.Tech / B.Sc IT preferred
