Roles & Responsibilities:-


  • Handle incoming customer calls or inbound customer service calls.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints
  • Provide product/service information
  • Maintain customer satisfaction
  • Update customer details in CRM/system
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher teams
  • Follow company process and communication standards
  • Achieve targets like quality, AHT, and CSAT
  • Maintain proper call records and follow-ups
  • Support customers politely and in professional approach.
