Mega Walk-In Drive | Customer Service Executive |Tech Mahindra| Noida| WFO

Location: B-19, Tech Mahindra, Sector 62, Noida (Opposite DME College)

 

Job Role : Customer Service Executive

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain call quality and follow process guidelines
  • Document customer interactions as required

 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Undergraduate / Graduate (Both eligible)
  • Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
  • Skills Required:
  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Customer-focused attitude

 

Work Conditions

  • Working Days: 5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs
  • Shifts:
  • Day Shift: For Females
  • 24×7 Flexible Shifts: For Males
  • Night Shift Allowance: Applicable

 

Salary Package

  • ₹1.80 LPA – ₹2.20 LPA (Salary depends on skills and work experience)
