Customer Support Executive

We are into Numerology and Vaastu Coach & Consultation. KM NumeroSynergy is the trusted platform behind Kamall Makheja’s expert numerology services, offering both personalized consultations and numerology and Vaastu-related products designed to bring balance, prosperity, and positive energy into your life.

As a part of Expansion, we are looking for Help Desk Executive for Noida sec 63 location with following Roles & Responsibilities:

1.    We are getting Inquiries/leads through Facebook/Podcasts etc .

2.    Managing Customer relationship, Handling Customer Queries (Calls/WhatsApp) , coordinating with teams, maintain reports, reporting.

3.    Explain Customer about Numerology and Vaastu Services including cost .

4.    You will need to maintain regular communication with team and supervisor to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration.

5.    This is Full time role and 3 days / week work from office Job.

6.    Mobile will be provided and bill will be paid by company, however candidate must have laptop.

7.    Salary Range will be 10 k – 15 k depending upon skills.

8.    Please note that probation shall be for 6 months, during which employee performance will be assessed. Upon successful completion of the probation period, employment will be confirmed.
