Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Expert with proven experience in scaling D2C brands, preferably in the kids, baby, parenting, toys, education, or lifestyle category. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should understand D2C consumer behavior, creative testing, funnel optimization, and performance marketing strategies tailored for parents and family-focused audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimise Meta ad campaigns for D2C brands across Facebook and Instagram.

Develop customer acquisition strategies focused on ROAS and scalable growth.

Create and test ad creatives, hooks, and messaging for kids/parenting audiences.

Build and manage retargeting, lookalike, and custom audiences.

Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs.

Coordinate with creative/design teams for UGC, reels, static creatives, and video ads.

Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.

Monitor customer journey and improve funnel conversion rates.

Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.

Stay updated on Meta advertising trends, D2C growth strategies, and platform updates.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience running Meta Ads for D2C brands.

Experience working with kids, baby, parenting, toy, education, or family-oriented brands preferred.

Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and performance marketing metrics.

Experience with creative testing and audience segmentation.

Knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.

Ability to manage budgets and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and customer acquisition.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.

Experience scaling e-commerce brands.
