Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary;

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and proactive candidate for the position of Front Office & Digital Marketing Executive. The candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations along with supporting digital marketing and social media activities for the company and its projects.

Key Responsibilities;

Front Office & Administration

• Handle front desk operations and visitor management
• Attend incoming calls and coordinate with internal departments
• Manage meeting schedules and office coordination
• Maintain records, inquiries, and client databases
• Assist management in day-to-day administrative tasks

Digital Marketing:

• Handle social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Coordinate for reels, posts, and promotional content
• Upload and manage website or marketing content
• Respond to online inquiries and lead messages
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing agencies
• Support branding and promotional campaigns
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing
• Knowledge of MS Office, Canva, and basic computer operations
• Presentable personality with professional behavior
• Ability to multitask and coordinate efficiently
