Job Description
We are hiring an E-commerce Executive who can handle day-to-day operations on Amazon and Flipkart, including listings, inventory, order management, Ads Run and basic performance tracking to improve sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Amazon (Seller Central)Create & optimize listings (title, bullets, backend keywords)
- Manage inventory, pricing, and stock updates
- Monitor orders, returns, and customer messages
- Track sales reports and basic ad performance
- Coordinate for image improvements (CTR focus)
- Flipkart (Seller Hub)Manage product listings and attribute updates
- Handle catalog issues (approvals, errors, category mapping)
- Monitor orders, returns, cancellations
- Coordinate for deals/offers and visibility
- Common TasksDaily sales tracking and reporting
- Coordination with warehouse/dispatch team
- Ensure products stay in stock (no missed sales)
- Work on improving listing quality and conversion
- Identify slow-moving products and suggest actions
- Required Skills Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
- Understanding of product listing optimization
- Basic Excel (VLOOKUP, filters, data tracking)
- Problem-solving mindset (not just task execution)
- Attention to detail
- Ideal Candidate6 months – 2 years experience in Amazon/Flipkart
- Freshers allowed ONLY if they have practical exposure
- Should be proactive and able to handle multiple SKUs
- Should not depend on step-by-step instructions for every task
