Job Description

Job Title: EdTech Counsellor

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers Welcome)

Location: Noida Sector 1

Eligibility: BBA / MBA / B.Tech (IT/CS) or equivalent

( Freshers can apply; experience in EdTech/sales is a plus )


Salary:

  • Freshers: ₹18,000/month
  • Experienced: Up to ₹45,000/month


Role Overview:

Techpratham is hiring a result-driven EdTech Counsellor to guide candidates in choosing the right IT career path and convert leads into enrollments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with candidates via calls and understand their career goals
  • Counsel on IT courses and career opportunities
  • Qualify leads and drive enrollments through follow-ups
  • Maintain lead data and ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Achieve individual and team targets
  • Requirements:Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Strong counselling and convincing ability
  • Target-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Basic knowledge of IT/EdTech domain
  • MS Office knowledge must
