Job Description

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and well-organized Office Executive / Executive Assistant to manage the day-to-day backend operations and provide direct support to the Director.

The candidate should be capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently and should have excellent communication, drafting, and coordination skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:Managing all backend office operations
  • Assisting the Director in day-to-day tasks and assignments
  • Handling accounts-related coordination and basic office accounting
  • Customer follow-up and client communication
  • Drafting professional emails, letters, and documents
  • Maintaining files, records, and office documentation
  • Coordinating with vendors, staff, and clients
  • Managing administrative and office support work
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and MIS in MS Office
  • Using AI tools and technology for office productivity and automation
  • Handling any additional office or executive work assigned by the Director
  • Required Skills:Excellent English speaking and drafting skills
  • Strong communication and follow-up abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity tools
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional attitude and positive work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
  • Preferred Candidate:Graduate in any stream
  • Prior experience in office administration, executive assistance, or backend operations preferred
  • Smart, presentable, and disciplined
  • Female candidates preferred (optional — include only if required)
