F&B Computer Operator (Cloud Kitchen)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient F&B Computer Operator to manage incoming food orders, coordinate with the kitchen team, and ensure smooth order processing and dispatch.

The role is crucial in maintaining accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage online orders from platforms like Zomato, Swiggy, etc.

• Accurately punch and track orders in the system

• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of orders

• Ensure proper packaging as per brand standards

• Verify order items before dispatch to avoid errors

• Hand over orders to delivery partners efficiently

• Monitor order flow and manage peak-hour pressure

• Maintain basic reports of daily orders and issues

• Communicate with delivery partners for smooth pickups Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, order management apps)

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Prior experience in F&B / cloud kitchen / restaurant operations preferred
