Fashion Designer

We are seeking a creative and trend-aware Fashion Designer to design and develop collections for our Domestic brands ARK (Women’s Wear) and GIRLISH (Girls’ Ethnic Wear). The role involves conceptualizing fresh designs, understanding market demand, and working closely with the production team to bring commercially successful styles to life.

• Key Responsibilities:Design innovative and market-relevant styles for kurtis, suits, coord sets, and other ethnic wear
• Develop seasonal collections aligned with brand identity and customer preferences
• Create sketches, design boards, and tech packs for sampling and production
• Select fabrics, colors, prints, and trims suitable for each collection
• Coordinate with sampling and production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs
• Modify designs based on fittings, feedback, and production feasibility
• Stay updated with current fashion trends, fabrics, and competitor offerings
• Work closely with merchandising and sales teams to develop commercially viable products
• Ensure designs are cost-effective and suitable for target pricing
