**Job Title:** Field Desktop Support Engineer
**Location:** Noida /Delhi-NCR Region
**Experience:** 0–2 Years
**Job Type:** Full-Time
### Job Description
We are looking for a Field Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support to clients across the NCR region. The candidate should have good knowledge of desktop/laptop troubleshooting, networking basics, printer support, and software installation.
### Responsibilities
* Desktop and laptop troubleshooting
* Windows OS installation and configuration
* Printer and peripheral support
* Basic networking and internet troubleshooting
* Hardware replacement and maintenance
* Antivirus installation and system updates
* Client visit coordination and reporting
### Requirements
* Diploma in IT or Graduation, or related field
* Basic knowledge of desktop support and networking
* Good communication skills
* **Own two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory**
* Willingness to travel for onsite support
### Preferred Skills
* Windows 10/11 support
* MS Office troubleshooting
* LAN/Wi-Fi setup
* Remote support tools
### Salary
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Travel Allowance
