Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executive who understands the healthcare ecosystem and can build strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals.

If you have experience as a Medical Representative (MR) or have worked in healthcare / CPaaS / chatbot sales, this role is a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with doctors, clinics, and hospitals to generate leads
• Present and demonstrate the Tronix.AI platform to potential clients
• Understand client requirements and position the right solution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client support
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead → demo → closure → follow-up
• Maintain sales data and pipeline updates regularly

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Medical Representative / Healthcare sales / CPaaS / chatbot sales
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to identify and reach potential healthcare clients
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach
• Comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings
• Basic understanding of software/SaaS products is an advantage
