Job Title: Field Sales Manager


Company: Vcube Solutions-Fenesta uPVC & Aluminum Doors & Windows (Channel Partner)

Location: Noida Sector-49 (Office-based with field responsibilities)


Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Field Sales Manager to build, lead, and manage a high-performing field sales executive team for Fenesta uPVC & Aluminum Doors & Windows. The role involves team development, daily sales management, lead generation, customer engagement, order finalization, and coordination with Fenesta for order booking and execution. The profile requires strong communication skills and regular interaction with architects, contractors, and high-end customers.



Key Responsibilities

Team Development & Management

  • Recruit, train, and develop a strong team of Field Sales Executives
  • Assign daily targets and monitor field activities
  • Guide the team in lead generation, site visits, customer follow-ups, and closures
  • Conduct daily reviews, field visits, and performance evaluations
  • Motivate the team to achieve sales and revenue targets

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate leads directly and through the sales team
  • Support the team in preparing quotations, negotiations, and order finalization
  • Handle key/high-value customers and ensure excellent customer experience
  • Drive sales growth in uPVC & Aluminum Doors and Windows segment

Architect & Contractor Channel Development

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and interior designers
  • Conduct regular meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups
  • Generate business through architect/contractor references

Coordination & Order Management

  • Coordinate with Fenesta company for order booking and documentation
  • Track production status, dispatch schedules, and installation timelines
  • Ensure smooth communication between customers, sales team, and Fenesta
  • Resolve order-related issues and ensure timely execution

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates
  • Ensure proper CRM usage and documentation
  • Work from the Noida Sector-49 office on a daily basis



Candidate Profile & Requirements

  • Minimum 2–6 years of experience in the same or similar field
  • Prior experience as a Sales Manager / Team Leader handling field sales staff (mandatory)
  • Experience in uPVC / Aluminum Doors & Windows, Building Materials, Interior Products, or Real Estate-related sales preferred
  • Strong network with architects and contractors is an advantage
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with high-end customers
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Candidate preferred from Noida (due to daily office presence requirement)



Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month
  • Incentives: Performance-based incentives (attractive and uncapped)
