FTTH Manager (GPON And EPON)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and manage FTTH (Fiber to the Home) network deployments.
• Configure, operate, and troubleshoot GPON and EPON networks.
• Install, configure, and maintain OLT (Optical Line Terminal) and ONT (Optical Network Terminal) devices.
• Prepare Bills of Quantity (BOQ) for FTTH and fiber network projects.
• Design and optimize fiber optic network layouts and infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 network switches.
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability of services.
• Diagnose and resolve fiber connectivity and network-related issues.
• Coordinate with field engineers, vendors, and customers for project implementation and maintenance.
• Maintain project documentation, network diagrams, and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with network standards, safety procedures, and quality guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of FTTH architecture and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with GPON and EPON technologies.
• Experience configuring and managing OLT and ONT devices.
• Knowledge of fiber optic network planning and design.
• BOQ preparation and project estimation.
• Hands-on experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 switch configuration.
• Knowledge of CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and network security.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and team management skills.
