Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and guest-focused Front Office Associates to join our upcoming property in Noida, Sector 15.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate reservation and billing records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Uphold service standards and create a positive first impression for guests.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with a sharp and presentable personality.
- Strong guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates from a hospitality background are welcome to apply.
Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts and be willing to relocate/Commute regularly to the job location
