About the Role
Neocasa Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Associate with at least 2 years of HR experience to support the organization's talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a passion for building a positive workplace culture. Candidates with prior experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent AcquisitionHandle end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
Employee Onboarding & HR Operations
- Manage joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate background verification and document collection.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
- Support performance management and employee feedback processes.
- Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.
Attendance & Leave
- ManagementMonitor daily attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with payroll for attendance, leave, and salary inputs.
- Ensure timely maintenance of HRMIS or attendance systems.
HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Maintain confidential employee records and statutory documentation.
- Support audits and HR reporting as required.
General HR Administration
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.
- Draft HR letters, offer letters, appointment letters, and other employee-related documents.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and organizational initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with HRMS and job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
