Cosma Fertility is looking for an experienced HR professional to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, policy implementation, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with hands-on experience in core HR functions.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

* Handle employee relations and HR operations.

* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

* Drive employee engagement and performance management.

* Maintain HR records, documentation, and MIS reports.

* Partner with leadership on HR initiatives and workforce planning.

*Requirements:*

* Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or a related field.

* Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor compliance.
