Job Description

Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely candidate closures.

Monitor the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and candidate joining.

Track team performance, maintain MIS reports, and analyze recruitment metrics to improve productivity

Handle client communication, resolve hiring challenges, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Maintain discipline, motivate the team, and drive continuous process improvements for better hiring outcomes.
