Job Description: HR Manager
Agarwal & Gehlot Realtors Private Limited
Location: Noida, Sector 18 (Wave Silver Tower)
Working Days: 6 days/week (Tuesday off)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000/month (based on experience)

Role Overview
We're looking for an HR Manager to own end-to-end HR operations — from hiring to onboarding to day-to-day people management — and help build a process-driven, scalable HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing roles across sales, telesales, and support functions
- Handle onboarding, documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
- Build and enforce HR SOPs, policies, and compliance processes
- Drive employee engagement, performance tracking, and retention initiatives
- Coordinate with department heads on manpower planning
Requirements
- 2+ years of HR generalist/executive experience (real estate/sales-driven industry preferred)
- Strong recruitment and onboarding track record with measurable results
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-building environment
