As an HR Recruiter, you won’t just fill positions—you’ll play a key role in shaping the culture and growth of Ridoji.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the Pipeline: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT and Sales roles (Inside Sales, Field Sales, BDEs, Operations, and Customer Success).
- Hunt Top Talent: Go beyond traditional job boards. Utilize LinkedIn, headhunting, and social sourcing to find passive, high-caliber talent.
- High-Volume & Velocity: Act quickly. Manage high-volume hiring mandates while maintaining low Turnaround Time (TAT) and high quality.
- Partner with Leaders: Collaborate closely with Sales Heads and Line Managers to understand their hiring needs and align talent strategy with business goals.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2–3 years of proven experience specifically in Sales and Non-IT recruitment.
- A deep understanding of sales metrics, incentives, and the qualities that make a sales professional successful (grit, communication, and drive).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills—you know how to pitch a vision.
