Job Description

Designation: Team Lead (TL)

A versatile Operations Leader with expertise in End-to-End Fleet Management. Proven ability to maintain Warehouse Assets (2-Wheelers), manage a large pool of Rider/Driver Data, and execute Strategic Deployment. Expert in Resource Balancing—ensuring the right assets are dispatched to specific corporate clients based on real-time demand. Strong command over Inventory Tracking and Logistics Data Analytics. Experience: 3 to 5 years. Industry Background: • Key "Must-Have" Checklist for the Profile Inventory Logic: Ability to maintain a "Live" register of warehouse stock. • Compliance Knowledge: Knowing when a scooty's insurance expires (Scooty Data management). • Document Management: Keeping folders for every driver (Aadhar, License, Training). • Corporate Mapping: A logic-based approach to "balancing"—i.e., sending the best scooters to the most important corporate clients.
