Inside Sales Executive

Position: Inside Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Noida

Department: Inside Sales

Reporting To: Inside Sales Team Leader

Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate / Pursuing Graduation

Experience: Freshers / Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in a similar industry preferred or more

Note: Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities -

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers (minimum 300 calls per day).
• Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate project/product details.
• Schedule and coordinate customer site visits.
• Ensure daily talk time targets are achieved (minimum 2 hours/day).
• Maintain proper login discipline and availability (minimum 9-10 hours/day).
• Update and manage lead information accurately in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with the Field Sales team to ensure smooth customer handovers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture leads for conversion into site visits.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
