Job Description

Job Profile : Real Estate Female Sales Executive 


Roles & Responsibilities·      

Generate and qualify leads through calls, digital platforms, referrals, and networking.

·      Contact prospective clients and understand their property requirements.

·      Present residential and commercial projects to potential buyers.

·      Arrange and accompany clients for property site visits.

·      Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and documentation process.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

·      Follow up regularly with leads to maximize conversions.

·      Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking and registration process.

·      Maintain customer records and update sales reports on a daily basis.

·      Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.

Desired Candidate Profile·      

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  •      Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
  •      Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  •      Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  •     Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM).

Qualification·      

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience·      

  • 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
