We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Insurance Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and relationship management skills with experience in the Life Insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
• Promote and sell life insurance products as per customer requirements.
• Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and networking.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors/agents.
• Provide excellent customer service and policy-related support.
• Conduct regular follow-ups for policy renewals and upselling opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client records.

Eligibility Criteria
