Job Role Phone Banking Officer cum customer Support (Sales)

We are looking for energetic and confident candidates to join our team as Customer Service inbound Sales .

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls professionally

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests.

Provide accurate information about products and services.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.

Cross-sell and upsell products such as credit cards, loans, insurance, or other financial services.

Maintain high customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Update customer information accurately in the system.

Follow company policies and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass(6 Months work experience required) Graduate Fresher can apply (as per company requirement).

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Basic computer knowledge.

Customer-focused attitude with good interpersonal skills.

Age Limit UPto 30 years
