Inventory Management Executive

Job Title- Inventory & Stock Manager – Hardware Shop (Busy Software)

Job Description:

We are a wholesale & retail hardware business located in Sector-9 dealing in approximately 5000–6000 hardware items. We are looking for a responsible and experienced Inventory & Stock Manager who can efficiently manage inventory operations and maintain accurate stock records using Busy software.

The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling day-to-day stock management for a large inventory business.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day stock records in BUSY software
• Handle purchase entries and sales entries accurately
• Track inward and outward stock movement
• Maintain proper inventory records for 5000–6000 items
• Match physical stock with software stock regularly
• Identify stock shortages, excess stock, and mismatches
• Generate stock and inventory reports when required
• Coordinate with sales and purchase departments
• Ensure proper organization and tracking of inventory
• Maintain accuracy in stock updates and documentation

Requirements

• Must have experience using Busy software
• Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations
• Experience in inventory/stock management preferred
• Experience in hardware, sanitary, electrical, or building material industry preferred
• Good understanding of purchase and sales stock handling
• Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented candidate required
• Ability to manage large inventory efficiently
