Job Description

Inventory Control: Track stock levels, maintain the minimum/maximum required buffer stock, and prevent shortages.

Inward & Outward Management: Verify incoming shipments against Purchase Orders (PO), process Material Receipt Notes (MRN), and handle dispatches.

Quality & Audits: Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams for product approval and execute monthly or quarterly physical stock auditing.

Vendor & Bills Management: Follow up with external suppliers regarding pending deliveries and submit cleared bills directly to accounts.
