Jewellery Sales Associate

We are looking for a Retail Sales Officer (RSO) with experience in the jewellery industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing retail sales, assisting customers, promoting jewellery products, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily retail sales operations in the jewellery showroom.
• Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and other jewellery products.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery items.
• Explain product features, quality, and pricing to customers.
• Maintain stock records and inventory coordination.
• Follow company policies regarding billing and security procedures.

• QualificationMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience in Jewellery showroom sales preferred
