Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Manager or Assistant Manager to join our Revenue Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our revenue streams through meticulous data handling, reconciliation processes, and the implementation of robust controls. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of revenue assurance principles and standards, and proficiency in data manipulation and reporting tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process large volumes of data records for enrichment, filtering, and modification using various tools and techniques.
  • Apply a strong understanding of Revenue Assurance principles and perform regular reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of relevant revenue assurance standards and ensure adherence across the organization.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of Revenue Assurance controls and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve revenue integrity.
  • Develop and generate insightful reports through data mining and analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and potential revenue leakage.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of the revenue assurance domain to investigate and resolve revenue-related issues.
  • Leverage understanding of the SAP FI module for data extraction and analysis related to revenue.
  • Demonstrate strong hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Operations) to implement process improvements and address revenue assurance findings.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of revenue assurance policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to revenue optimization and risk mitigation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Revenue Assurance, Finance, or Audit role.
  • Proven experience in handling large amounts of data records for enrichment, filtering, and modification using relevant tools.
  • Solid understanding of Revenue Assurance principles and reconciliation processes.
  • Demonstrated in-depth understanding of revenue assurance standards and best practices.
  • Experience in understanding and contributing to the design and execution of RA controls and KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience in reporting, data mining, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with significant exposure to the revenue assurance domain.
  • Good understanding of the SAP FI module and its application in revenue-related processes.
  • Excellent hands-on skills in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.), MS Access, and SQL.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced 1 environment.
