About the Role: Devender Kumar and Sons is looking for a confident, creative, and camera-friendly Social Media Influencer / Brand Content Creator who can become the face of our brand.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and promoting the company’s brand page, creating engaging reels, showcasing our printing products, and building strong audience engagement from scratch.

This role is ideal for someone with an engaging personality, influencer-style presence, and a playful, good communication style who is comfortable presenting products in front of the camera.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the face of Devender Kumar and Sons on social media.
• Create and shoot daily reels, short videos, and promotional content for the business.
• Promote printing products and services through creative video content.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media brand page.
• Build content ideas from scratch and convert them into engaging reels.
• Improve audience engagement through trends, hooks, captions, and creative storytelling.
• Present products confidently in front of the camera.
• Create content for products such as business cards, brochures, banners, packaging, wedding cards, labels, stickers, and other printing services.
• Coordinate with the internal team for daily content planning and execution.
• Maintain a consistent brand personality across reels and social media posts.
• Help increase brand visibility, customer inquiries, and online reach.

Required Skills and Qualities:

• Strong and engaging on-camera personality.
• Influencer-style confidence and presentation skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking and performing in front of the camera.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Playful, cheeky, and energetic personality.
• Basic understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, hooks, and engagement.
• Responsible enough to handle the brand page regularly.
• Ability to promote products naturally and convincingly.
• Punctual, disciplined, and available for daily shoots.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a content creator, influencer, anchor, model, presenter, or social media executive.
• Active Instagram profile or previous reel portfolio.
• Knowledge of reel trends and short-form video formats.
• Basic video editing knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in product promotion or brand collaboration will be an advantage.
