About the Role
This is not a typical calling job.
You will be the first point of contact for business owners looking for funding. Your role is to quickly assess, qualify, and route high-potential clients into the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities -
- Connect with inbound leads within 5–10 minutes
- Understand business profile (turnover, vintage, funding need)
- Qualify and categorize leads (Hot / Warm / Cold)
- Pass high-quality leads to the sales team
- Maintain accurate updates in CRM / tracker
- Ensure consistent follow-ups where required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English)
- High energy and ability to handle 60–80 calls/day
- Sharp questioning and listening skills
- Target-driven mindset with ownership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented setup
Compensation & Incentives
(High Earning Potential)Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000
+ Performance Incentives:
- Per qualified (HOT) lead payout
- Daily / weekly performance bonuses
- Monthly top performer rewards
👉 Total earning potential: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000+ per month
(No upper cap for high performers)
Growth Path
- (Fast-Track Career)3–6 months: Senior LQE
- 6–12 months: Move into Sales Executive / Closer role
- High performers can transition into Relationship Manager roles
