📋 Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for case use.
- Assist in drafting legal documents such as contracts and legal notices.
- Help review files and support document preparation.
- Liaise with clients, counterparties, and external counsels.
- Join client consultations and internal legal discussions.
- Attend ADR proceedings on behalf of clients.
- Stay updated with relevant laws, rules, and case precedents.
- Provide administrative, legal and paralegal support as needed.
🎯 Skills & Qualifications:
✔️Law student (LL.B. or equivalent) or recent graduate
✍ Strong legal writing and research skills
� Organized and detail-oriented; good time management
⚖ Interest in dispute resolution or settlement law preferred
� Excellent drafting, communication, and research skills.
� Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and legal research databases.
