Job Description
Loan Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth of our loan portfolio by identifying and connecting with potential clients. This role involves understanding client needs, recommending suitable loan products, and maintaining a strong client relationship to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.
- ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities for loan products.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their financial needs.
- Recommend appropriate loan products based on client needs and financial status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during the sales process.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely processing and approval of loans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest loan products and market trends.
