Job Description
- Driving MIS reporting and extracting intelligent insights from the Sales and ERP tools being implemented at NutrioBox and Sukhna Foods.
- Preparing Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual MIS reports.
- Drive the implementation of ERP and PACT Software across company locations.
- Proficient with MS-Excel and other Analytical tools
- Preparing, maintaining, and accurately updating Daily Production Reports (DPR).
- Compiling and analyzing production, manpower, wastage, and efficiency data.
- Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
- Maintain data accuracy in spreadsheets, MIS dashboards, and ERP systems.
- Coordinating with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Store teams to collect operational data.
- Conducting basic supervision on the production floor to ensure smooth workflow and proper reporting.
- Monitoring production activities and highlighting deviations or issues to management.
- Preparing and maintaining documentation related to production and operations.
- Assisting management in preparing presentations, performance reports, and operational summaries.
- Supporting management in data verification, audits, and internal reviews.
- Any other tasks that may be part of this role or any other task assigned by management.
