Position Title - Field Operations Administrator

Department - Operations & Facility Management

Location- Multiple Residential Sites / Field-Based

Reporting site : Logix Technova Sector 132 Noida


Key Responsibilities


  • Site Operations Management :
  • Conduct regular visits to assigned residential sites to monitor operational performance.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of housekeeping, security, maintenance, landscaping, and other facility services.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor compliance with company SOPs and site-specific requirements.
  • Ensure all sites maintain cleanliness, safety, and service quality standards.
  • Issue Resolution & Resident Support :
  • Attend and resolve resident complaints and operational issues promptly.
  • Investigate site-related problems and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between residents, site staff, and management.
  • Escalate critical issues to senior management when required.
  • Maintain records of complaints, actions taken, and closure status.
  • Staff & Vendor Coordination :
  • Supervise deployment and performance of security, housekeeping, and technical staff.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair works.
  • Verify attendance, manpower availability, and staff discipline at sites.
  • Ensure vendors deliver services as per agreed standards and timelines.
  • Administrative Responsibilities :
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Maintain site records, documentation, and compliance registers.
  • Track pending issues and ensure timely closure.
  • Assist in budget monitoring and control of operational expenses.
  • Maintain inventory records for consumables and operational materials.
  • Facility Maintenance Oversight :
  • Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, DG, STP, WTP, firefighting, and other facility systems.
  • Coordinate emergency repairs and breakdown management.
  • Conduct routine inspections and submit observations to management.
  • Compliance & Safety :
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Conduct safety inspections and identify risk areas.
  • Support implementation of emergency response procedures.
  • Ensure proper documentation related to audits and compliance checks.
  • Performance Monitoring :
  • Conduct periodic site audits and quality assessments.
  • Track service-level performance and improvement initiatives.
  • Develop action plans to enhance operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
  • Support new site mobilization and transition activities when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Diploma/Certification in Facility Management will be an added advantage.
  • Experience2–5 years of experience in facility management, property management, residential operations, or site administration.
  • Experience handling residential societies, apartment complexes, or gated communities preferred.
